POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES
Registration
1.
RM 15
registration fee payable upon application for new students. This is
non-refundable.
2.
Students
will be given a student note book in commencement of their first music lesson.
3.
Student
status with Camerata Music School will be automatically terminated for those
who decide to stop their music lessons for a month (4 lessons) or more without
prior agreement/re-arrangement with your music teacher. RM 10 re-registration
fee payable for returning students.
4.
Camerata Music
School is not responsible to keep your allotted lesson time slot once your
student status is terminated. Re-arrangement needs to be done upon
re-registration.
Deposit
1.
All students
are required to pay a deposit of RM 100 upon registration (or upon
re-registration if applicable).
2.
Please
inform Camerata Music School at least 1 month (30 days) before when deciding to
discontinue taking music lessons. Your deposit will be used to cover any
remaining lessons of its value.
3.
Deposits are
non-refundable in cash.
Music Lesson Fee
1.
Lesson fee
are payable latest by the 15th of every month. Late payment will be charged an
extra RM 5.
2.
Camerata
Music School have the right to terminate your music lessons if lesson fee are
not paid for a consecutive 2 months.
Music Lesson
Replacement
1.
If student
wish to be absent for their music lesson, please notify our music school
at least 1 day (24 hours) before lesson
time. Camerata Music School is not responsible to make arrangement for our
teachers to conduct any lesson replacements on late notification.
2. Camerata Music School operates on a yearly
basis. All students have 48 lessons in a year, for once a week lesson on any
fixed lesson day. If you have only 3 lessons (or less) on a specific month, the
calendar is designed to automatically arrange for a replacement for you along
the year. Students should take responsibility to follow Camerata Music School’s
calendar accordingly. Lesson replacements can still be arranged if your lessons
do not add up to 48 lessons per year.
